Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by a network of certified Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) advisors. We are an information and advisory service. Policies are issued by the Department of Posts, Government of India. We are not the insurer; we do not underwrite risk, receive premium, or settle claims. See our IRDAI & DoP disclaimer for the full regulatory position.
3. What we offer
- Free information about all seven PLI and RPLI plans.
- A premium calculator and eligibility checker for orientation only.
- Personalised guidance from a certified advisor by phone, WhatsApp or doorstep visit.
- Assistance with proposal paperwork, renewal reminders, revival, loan, claim and duplicate-bond processes.
4. What we do NOT do
- We never collect premium payments. All payments happen directly on the official India Post portal or at an India Post branch.
- We never ask for your India Post login password, OTP, debit-card CVV, net-banking credentials or Aadhaar OTP.
- We do not guarantee acceptance of your proposal. Underwriting decisions rest solely with the Department of Posts.
- We do not guarantee any specific bonus rate, maturity value or investment return. Bonus is declared by the Department of Posts each year.
5. Accuracy of information
Premium figures, bonus rates, sum-assured limits and eligibility rules shown on this site are estimates fitted to publicly available Department of Posts material and may change without notice. Actual figures depend on your medical examination, occupation class, current DoP circulars and any circle-specific factors. Always confirm the final numbers with your advisor and in the official policy bond.
6. User obligations
- Provide accurate information in all forms. Insurance is a contract of utmost good faith — concealment or misrepresentation may void the policy.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, scraping, spamming or reverse-engineering.
- Do not upload defamatory, obscene or infringing content in service requests.
